Visclosky Looks for Help on Legal Fees

Rep. Peter Visclosky (D-Ind.) is asking the Federal Election Commission to allow him to use his campaign funds to pay legal costs stemming from the Justice Department’s investigation of the PMA Group.
Once a high-flying lobbying firm, the PMA Group imploded after FBI agents raided its offices in November. The founder of the firm, Paul Magliocchetti, a former House Appropriations Committee staffer, has retired and moved to Florida.
