The GOP is not a "regional party"

Great post– contrary to the popular argument, Republicans are not a “regional party” comprised of only Southern Conservatives, and Jim Geraghty’s post (read it here) nicely lays out the counter argument.

To those that say we’re a party of the South: “The South amounts to 44 percent of the Republican House delegation, which means 56 percent has to come from somewhere else.”
