Kuchera Mentioned in Court Papers

WJAC has obtained a copy of the charges filed against Richard Ianieri in a Florida federal court. The court papers not only mention Kuchera Defense Systems in Somerset County, but also we have learned, an important earmark from Rep. John Murtha.

WJAC TV news found out that Richard Ianieri, the CEO of Coherent Systems International in Philadelphia, is expected to plead guilty to filing false purchase orders for a U.S. Air Force project. Ianieri is accused of receiving $200,000 in kickbacks from a defense company that is only identified as “K”.
