Mark O’Hair Cooperates in Military Contracting Case

A former government employee pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate in a criminal investigation of Congressional appropriations to military contractors. The ex-employee, Mark O’Hair, is the second defendant in a week to begin cooperating with federal prosecutors who are looking into accusations of wrongdoing by military contractors with ties to Representative John P. Murtha, Democrat of Pennsylvania and chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense.
