NRCC Launches Year-End Calls Against Loretta Sanchez Will Sanchez Stand Up for California Taxpayers in 2010 or Continue to Vote for Her Party Leaders’ Liberal Agenda in Washington?
Washington- The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) launched targeted phone calls today informing California voters that Democrat Loretta Sanchez is out-of-touch with Orange County families. Over the past year, Californians have seen the unemployment rate skyrocket to 12.3 percent as a result of Loretta Sanchez and her party bosses’ reckless agenda. Sanchez has continually supported wasteful spending, adding mountains of debt onto the backs of struggling middle-class families. With Speaker Nancy Pelosi eager to continue forcing her big-government healthcare bill through Congress at any cost, it appears that Loretta Sanchez needs a wake-up call in the new year from the folks that she is supposed to represent.
“Somehow, Loretta Sanchez still hasn’t gotten the message that Americans have had enough of her party’s agenda of higher taxes, more government takeovers and fewer jobs,” said NRCC Communications Director Ken Spain. “California families are suffering because Democrats are determined to push their reckless big-government agenda at the expense of economic recovery. As Nancy Pelosi scrambles for support of her government healthcare takeover next year, Sanchez will feel heavy pressure from all sides. Now it’s up to Sanchez to decide whether she will stand with Southern California taxpayers in the new year or her radical Washington party bosses.”

She voted for a $787 billion pork-laden spending bill that she calls a ‘stimulus’ but that has not helped the California economy.
