A new Republican to challenge Suzanne Kosmas
Former Ruth’s Criss CEO Craig Miller is jumping into the race for Congress on the Republican side. He’s one of 10 Republicans hoping to unseat Suzanne Kosmas. Miller made the announcement to WDBO Political Reporter Mike Synan. He’s worked for Darden, Uno, and Ruth’s Criss, managing big expansions of those chains.
“I’m a low tax, big opportunity for people type of person.”
Craig Miller says he wants to go to Washington because he feels like many of you, angry over the government’s direction and irresponsibility, of course starting with Suzanne Kosmas.
“She voted along with leadership of the Democratic Party about 90 percent of the time, with Speaker Pelosi and the leadership team, and I don’t think that fairly represents District 24.”
Miller says the chief part of his platform will be jobs. Put tax breaks in for businesses to hire, and get out of their way.
