Schauer: Rangel Should Resign

Rep. Mark Schauer (D-Michigan) is publicly calling on Rep. Charles Rangel (D-New York) to resign in the wake of multiple ethics scandals. The House Ethics Committee recently issued a report saying that Rangel had knowingly violated ethics rules that govern Congress.
