Pelosi: We Have to Pass it Before You Can See It

Speaker Nancy Pelosi said today that Congress must pass the healthcare bill before the American people can find out what is in it.

From her speech at a National Association of Counties conference: “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.”
