DEAL WATCH: Code Red Moves Grijalva to a Solid “Yes” Vote on Gov’t Healthcare Takeover After Apparent Deal to Move His Bill
The vote on Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover of healthcare is coming very soon and Code Red has revealed another apparent deal for a “yes” vote.
Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) is the sponsor of the Public Lands Service Corps Act (H.R. 1612). The bill has languished without action for months, but today it will be considered by the House Rules Committee and scheduled for a vote on the House floor this week.
Grijalva’s bill was not originally on the schedule for this week when it was released by Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) last Friday. However, last night the bill appeared on the schedule for the House Rules Committee, which will report out a rule for the bill and send it to the House floor.
Will Grijalva come clean about this apparent backroom deal for his vote?
Call Grijalva’s district office at (520) 622-6788 and ask.
