Rep. John Boccieri to debate challenger Jim Renacci on Sept. 20

| The Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Sept. 20 debate between Alliance Democratic Rep. John Boccieri and GOP challenger Jim Renacci, Boccieri and Renacci announced this week. Boccieri’s campaign said Libertarian candidate Jeffrey Blevins of Wadsworth will also be included in the debate.
The 90-minute event will be held at 7 p.m. at the Ohio Agricultural Resource and Development Center, (OARDC); Arden Shisler Conference Center at 1680 Madison Avenue in Wooster. The 300 available tickets will be distributed by the Chamber of Commerce’s Coalition for the Support of Business and Jobs, according to a memorandum of understanding signed by the candidates. |
