As we head into fall elections, the NRCC is up with its first Independent Expenditure ad against vulnerable Democrat Joe Donnelly in Indiana’s 2nd district. Despite Donnelly’s many attempts to run away from his record, Indiana voters are smart enough see through his false claims of independence.
