Demmer Prioritizes Jobs

The economy lost 95,000 jobs nationwide in September. The overall jobless rate held steady at 9.6 percent.

Congressional candidate Randy Demmer and Congressman John Klein visit Lindsay Windows in North Mankato to expand on ideas of economy and job creation. The two legislators spoke in front of employees and discussed why he believes job creation is his number one priority. Demmer says he chose Lindsay Windows because the company is an employer who creates jobs in the area.

Employee’s also asked how he felt about Obama’s healthcare plan and why he believes job creation is important.

Randy Demmer says, “Job creation is what people want to see, they want to have a job, that’s the best answer there is to some of the ills we have in the system and society and companies like this are what we need to make sure we are not harming so we want to be offered those opportunities for people.”

Klein was with Demmer to support his run for district one.They also made stops in Owatonna, Austin and Rochester.
