Democrats Ignore Deficit Reality, Toe Party Line and Reject Needed Cuts

This morning, the House of Representatives voted on a measure that would fund the government for the remainder of FY 2011, making the cuts necessary to downsize government while still promoting job growth. Unfortunately, 189 Democrats voted against the continuing resolution, demonstrating they are still willing to blindly follow Nancy Pelosi’s leadership and ignore their constituents.

Democrats are so out of touch that, just this week, Pelosi praised her party’s failed stimulus and its $814 billion price tag and threw House Democrat support behind the President’s spending-laden budget plan for FY 2012.
