Strong Quarterly Fundraising Numbers from Freshman Republicans

As the release of first quarter fundraising reports continues, several freshman Republicans have posted impressive numbers.  Among those members are:

  • Rep. Cory Gardner (CO-04): $300,000
  • Rep. Frank Guinta (NH-01): $200,000
  • Rep. Nan Hayworth (NY-19): $330,000
  • Rep. Steve Stivers (OH-15): $400,000
  • Rep. Pat Meehan (PA-07): $325,000
  • Rep. Reid Ribble (WI-08): $225,000
  • Rep. David McKinley (WV-01): more than $500,000

These numbers reinforce that Republicans are off to a strong start in the 2012 Election Cycle while Democrats continue to push their tax-and-spend agenda.  Such early totals show that each of these Freshman Members will have the resources necessary to counter the Democrat smear machine.
