The Company You Keep

Dear Supporter,
I needed to make sure you were aware of Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats’ meeting with disgraced, former Obama Czar, Van Jones.
You may remember him as someone who said, only “white” kids are shooting up schools:
You’ve never seen a Columbine done by a black child. Never. They always say ‘We can’t believe it happened here. We can’t believe it was these suburban white kids. It’s always them…”
Or that “white polluters” were targeting minority communities:
“The white polluters and the white environmentalists are essentially steering poison into the people of color communities
.”
And don’t forget blaming America for the September 11th attacks:
“It’s the bombs that the government has been dropping around the world that are now blowing up inside the U.S. border.”
These views are unacceptable in Washington, or anywhere else for that matter — so why are Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrat Caucus seeking out Jones’ counsel?
They say a person can be judged by the company they keep and that holds true for the Democrat caucus as well.
