New NRCC TV Ad: Economic Storm Will Only Get Worse Under Obama and Loebsack
Iowa Democrat’s Support for Obama Agenda Stands in the Way of Job Creation, Adds Fear and Uncertainty to Already-Struggling Economy
Washington — The National Republican Congressional Committee announced the release of a new television ad that highlights Dave Loebsack’s irresponsible fiscal choices that have made the economic storm Iowa families are suffering from even worse. Far from changing the way Washington does business, Loebsack has neglected the needs of his constituents by championing Obama’s job-destroying healthcare takeover and failed stimulus package that has left the economy in shambles.
“Iowa families can no longer weather the storm of Dave Loebsack’s excessive spending spree and job-destroying policies that are adding more fear and uncertainty to an already-struggling economy,” said NRCC Communications Director Paul Lindsay. “For too long job creation and business confidence has been dismal at best for Loebsack’s constituents in Iowa. Is Loebsack ready to drop his allegiance to Obama’s big-government agenda and get serious about economic recovery?”
The text for this ad is as follows:
Dave Loebsack government takeover of health care.
Fear and uncertainty prevent new hiring.
Steep fines and new taxes on families and businesses.
Half a trillion dollars – money they can’t use to create jobs.
Experts say Obama-Loebsack will push employers to drop workers’ health insurance.
With Loebsack and Obama…the storm will only get worse.
