Team Obama has what Russ Carnahan calls his “unconditional support”. Since being in Congress, Russ Carnahan has voted with President Obama up to “99 percent” of the time. He voted for the wasteful stimulus, the government takeover of healthcare, and a national energy tax. He even signed on for Democrats’ Stimulus 2.0.
