Americans Prioritize Creating Jobs, Dems Prioritize Destroying Keystone Job-Creating Pipeline
Obama and Pelosi Favor Political Payback Despite Overwhelming Support for Infrastructure Project that Creates & Increases Energy Independence

DC DEMOCRATS STILL DON’T GET IT: President Obama and Democrat leader Nancy Pelosi are “serious” about killing a bipartisan package that would create up to 130,000 American jobs and prevent a middle class tax hike:
“‘The president has said he will veto a bill that has the Keystone pipeline in it,’ House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Thursday. ‘That doesn’t make a decision as to whether you’re for it or against it, it has no place on this bill. Let’s get serious.’” (Darren Goode, “Dems’ Keystone-Payroll Tax Dilemma,” Politico, 12/8/2011)
MADE IN WASHINGTON, DC: According to a recent open-ended survey, Americans named the job market as their top concern, but Obama and fellow Washington Democrats continue to delay a decision on the Keystone XL Pipeline that would pave the way for thousands of jobs:
“A quarter of Americans say the job market is their most pressing economic concern, far outpacing other top issues, according to a newly released survey.” (Bernie Becker, “Americans’ top economic concern: Jobs,” The Hill, 1/13/2012)
