NRCC Launches New Website: “The Horsford Rules”
Nevada Democrat Steven Horsford Has One Set Of Rules For Himself – And Another Set Of Rules For Everybody Else

WASHINGTON — National Democrats are so overly confident that Nevada Democrat Steven Horsford will win in November that they’ve all but anointed him to Congress already, jetting him around the country to fundraise for other Democrat candidates instead of focusing on his own race. But it’s unclear whether those same Democrats know the full extent of Horsford’s reputation in Nevada, where he has a consistent record of playing by his own rules and ignoring those the rest of society follows.

Horsford’s entitlement attitude is the subject of a new National Republican Congressional Committee Web site, www.thehorsfordrules.com, which will regularly expose Horsford’s long-history of ignoring the rules the rest of Nevadans live under. Debuting today is the first rule on Horsford’s list: Parking his SUV in a handicap zone ramp, the subject of a Nevada television report.

“Horsford is the worst kind of politician, one who operates by his own set of rules even if it means breaking the law or violating ethical standards,” said NRCC Communications Director Paul Lindsay. “His entitlement attitude may have Washington Democrats excited, but Nevadans deserve to know his record of continuously living above the law before they give him a promotion.”
