John Tierney may have phone paid for by tainted money

John Tierney just doesn’t get it. Rather than come clean and simply answer all the questions voters want to know about his self-proclaimed ignorance, yesterday Tierney continued to deflect and blame others.

As the Boston Herald and Salem News report the NRCC has launched a paid campaign contacting about 250,000 residents in the 6th Congressional District with the following message: “Congressman John Tierney claims ignorance to his family’s illegal gambling empire. What else is happening on his watch? www.howcouldtierneynotknow.com”

SPEAKING OF CELL PHONES – TODAY’S QUESTION FOR TIERNEY:

Court documents show John Tierney’s wife spent at least $20,000 of her brother’s laundered gambling empire money on personal purchases. One of those purchases was a family cell phone plan.
