NRCC is up with a new TV ad in Rhode Island exposing David Cicilline as costly and ineffective.

 Defense attorney David Cicilline.

 Before his disastrous years as mayor, David Cicilline defended a convicted child molester, the killer of a teenage girl and a man convicted of attacking a woman.

 Cicilline said locking up criminals for the long term was costly and ineffective.

 David Cicilline- he’s proven he’s the only thing that’s costly and ineffective.
