story time with Brad Schneider
Today’s the day for Brad Schneider to explain to voters why he is faking a business career and won’t release his tax returns during ABC Chicago’s debate. While his campaign literature and advertising touts his “businessman background” as the reason why Illinois families should send him to Congress, his real business record proves he’s not a businessman at all.
Matt Flynn wrote: “This small business is Cadence Consulting, which Schneider says he founded in 2008. The firm’s website doesn’t list any clients, but that isn’t particularly noteworthy. Lots of firms don’t publicly list their clients. What is noteworthy is in FEC financial disclosures filed by the candidate. In these the candidate discloses that he had ZERO income from his business going back to at least January 2010 and that the business had less than $1,000 in assets. Cadence may just be America’s smallest small business.
Is that the reason why Brad Schneider won’t release his tax returns? Would the evidence further prove he is a phony businessman?

NRCC Statement: “Brad Schneider is trying to pull a fast one on Illinois families. Brad claims to be a businessman but has zero income, zero clients and zero employees. This isn’t the record of a businessman, just a man who is a practiced storyteller.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Katie Prill
