Polling Memo: Happy Anniversary ObamaCare
ObamaCare: 3 Years Later…
Tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, marks the third anniversary of President Obama’s signature piece of legislation known as ObamaCare — health care reform he promised would lower health care costs, reduce our deficit and grow our economy.
Today, forty-four percent of voters say ObamaCare will make things worse for them & their family. Only 28 percent say it will make things better.1 Also, contrary to our President’s promise, 49 percent also believe, ObamaCare will make health care costs more expensive, not less (15%).2 Among those basing their opinion on personal experience, 56 percent have an unfavorable view of the law.3 And just in case voters aren’t being clear enough, 52 percent say they disapprove of President Obama’s handling of Health Care.4
Sorry, President Obama, it looks like this is an anniversary voters won’t be celebrating.
