Arizona Republic: GOP’s ad blitz targets 2 Arizona Democrats
“The point of these is a very public display of how highly we are targeting these districts,” Annie Kelly, an NRCC spokeswoman, told The Arizona Republic from the party’s offices in Washington on Tuesday. The billboards, along with a recent spate of online ads, represent a trickle of money that is expected to turn into a deluge by next year.

KJZZ News: 2014 election starting now on Arizona roadways
The National Republican Congressional Committee has started running a mobile billboard campaign against Democrats Ann Kirkpatrick and Ron Barber. The billboards focus on the pair’s support of the Affordable Care Act, and the IRS’ role in that law. Both Democrats won tight races last year. Kirkpatrick beat Republican Jonathan Paton in the 1st District, which covers northern and eastern Arizona, while Barber defeated Martha McSally in southern Arizona’s 2nd District.

Ron Barber’s face is on a new billboard and it’s not meant to put the Congressman in a good light. Take a look. You might see this making its way through your neighborhood soon. The National Republican Congressional Committee unveiled the billboard to highlight barber’s continued support of ObamaCare. Today Barber’s camp released a statement saying quote… “Rather than playing political games, Washington Republicans should be working to pass these fixes and make sure that the law is working for American families and small businesses.”

Down in Augusta today, the National Republican Congressional Committee continued its quest to unseat Democratic Rep. John Barrow by unveiling a mobile attack billboard on a truck. It’s fitting, since Barrow has been a moving target.
