Cathy, a School Teacher from Texas, Can’t Afford Her Insurance Thanks to ObamaCare

“I’m an elementary school teacher in a rural Texas town. ‘Like the insurance policy you have now? Then keep it,’ says Obama. Well, I can’t afford to keep it. Effective September 1, my premium is skyrocketing to over $500/month, an amount I can’t afford on my meager salary. Therefore, I’m being forced to drop down a level…80/20 coverage with a $2400 deductible and just hope that I don’t get critically ill (I’m 62 years old). I will go without insurance altogether and pay a penalty before I will go on Obama’s government plan.”
