Lonely Conservative: I Wish I Had #SeanEldridgeProblems
Sean Eldridge has been having some problems getting adjusted to his new district. As Lonely Conservative writes, it must be rough:
It must be rough being Sean Eldridge. He’s had to move from mansion to mansion as he tries to find a political seat to buy. Now he’s stuck up in the boonies of NY19, where he’s blowing through his $700 million fortune “investing” in small businesses in the hopes that he’ll be able to convince enough people before the next congressional election that he understands their problems. If he fails to ignite his political career there, where will he end up next, in NY’s North Country?
The NRCC launched a new tumblr site yesterday to explore the possible problems that Sean Eldridge could be having as he adjusts to his new home.
It may be funny, but Sean Eldridge’s campaign for Congress is no laughing matter. He’s too out of touch and too friendly with Nancy Pelosi for the voters of New York’s 19th District:
I’m not in NY19, but it’s close enough. I’m sure their problems are similar to ours – businesses closing, the young moving out of state due to lack of jobs, high taxes, expensive health insurance, cities crumbling and excessive regulation. The last thing any upstate district needs is another carpetbagging politician pretending to know the answers to our problems.
What Eldridge doesn’t know is that you can’t just buy a seat in Congress – you have to earn it. NY19 deserves a congressman, like Rep. Chris Gibson, who knows the district and understands their concerns.
