9/11: We Will Never Forget

Twelve years ago, on a cloudless morning in late summer, our nation changed forever. Today, we once again remember all those we lost, including the heroes who rushed toward the attacks—sacrificing themselves to save others. In the years to come, we also saw many Americans step forward to defend our nation from the evil that attacked us. We remain indebted to them.

This year, we also recognize the 1^st anniversary of the attacks on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi. Four brave Americans lost their lives serving our country and the cause of freedom.

The sacrifices of these brave men and women will never be forgotten.
