If Nolan Is So Intent On Running On ObamaCare,

It’s Time For Him To Come To Today’s Press Conference

WASHINGTON – Democrats like Debbie Wasserman Schultz have repeatedly said how proud they will be to run on ObamaCare in 2014. As the law raises premiums and cancels insurance plans, it’s time to see whether Rick Nolan will do the same.

The Republican National Committee is holding a press conference for Democrats like Nolan to tell voters in Minnesota just how great the law really is—in spite of its record low approval ratings. If Nolan truly believes the law isn’t an unmitigated disaster, then it’s time to show up for the press conference and step in front of the cameras.

“If Rick Nolan is so excited to run on ObamaCare, then it’s time for him to step in front of the cameras,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek. “This law is hurting Minnesota voters through rising premiums and canceled plans. If he thinks that’s a winning message next November, then he should say so.”

DNC Chairman Wasserman Schultz Said Democrats Will Run And Win On ObamaCare In 2014. “Democrats will be able to run on ObamaCare and win in 2014, the party chairwoman’s insisted Friday. Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said the troubled rollout of ObamaCare’s enrollment website, which has frustrated thousands trying to enter the site and bruised the administration, won’t hurt Democrats in next year’s midterm elections.” (Alex Jaffe, “DNC Head: Dems Can Run And Win On Obamacare,” The Hill, 10/25/13)
