Julia Brownley Changes Website, Hides From ObamaCare

A quick look at Julia Brownley’s website shows she has taken down her issues page. Previously, Brownley’s issues page stated her support for ObamaCare. Now, it simply says “Coming soon…”

What is Julia Brownley hiding?

As Obamacare continues to hurt California families, it’s no surprise Julia Brownley is desperately trying to cover up her support for the President’s failed health care law. Julia Brownley may try to change her website, but she can’t change her reckless voting record in Washington.

Below are some suggestions for Julia Brownley’s new issues page.

Budget

  • Julia Brownley voted against a budget that balances in 10 years, and that bans taxpayer-funded first class travel for Members of Congress (Roll Call #88, 3/20/13)

Health Care/ObamaCare

  • Julia Brownley voted against repealing ObamaCare (Roll Call #154, 5/16/2013)
  • Julia Brownley voted to preserve ObamaCare’s Individual Mandate over protecting seniors’ access to their Medicare doctors.  She voted against delaying ObamaCare’s individual mandate for five years.  She voted against establishing a Medicare physician payment system that ensures America’s seniors and those with disabilities will be able to see their own doctors. (Roll Call #135, 3/14/2014)
  • Julia Brownley voted to shut down the Federal government in order to protect the implementation of ObamaCare.  She voted against delaying ObamaCare for one year. (Roll Call #498, 9/29/2013)
