The NRCC Petition Asks Michael Eggman to Pledge Against Pelosi for Speaker

WASHINGTON – Nancy Pelosi must be California dreamin’ if she believes that the Democrats will regain the majority and she will become Speaker of the House again. To prove that Pelosi is out-of-touch, the National Republican Congressional Committee is sending a petition entitled “My Pledge Against Nancy Pelosi” to California Democratic candidate Michael Eggman. The petition highlights her failed liberal agenda and asks for Eggman to pledge that he will NOT vote for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker, should he be elected to Congress.

“Nancy Pelosi’s policies have been horrible for families and workers all across America,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek. “There is a reason Pelosi is funding the campaigns of these Democrat candidates – she knows they will be in her pocket if they make it to Congress. If these Democrats really care about the people they seek to represent, they will sign this pledge today.”
