Obama’s Staff Was Probably Nervous To Show Him This Latest CNN Poll
It’s no secret that a large portion of the public, from both sides of the aisle, is unhappy with the job being done at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. But a recent CNN poll has put Americans’ rising discontent into numbers. President Obama’s approval rating is only at 43%. His disapproval rating is at 55%.
The latest poll also went through 12 key issues affecting our nation. Obama was underwater on all of them. His lowest ratings were over his handling of the economy and health care, the most important issues to voters this year. His handling of the VA Scandal, and his treatment of the middle class, were not far behind.
CNN’s John King pointed out that “the President’s approval rating is the north star of a midterm election year.” In a midterm election year where Democrats are reaffirming their support for Obama’s failed policies, polls like this prove that America is ready to vote for Republican candidates that can put our country back on the right track.
From The Washington Free Beacon:
CNN’s John King described Obama’s current approval ratings as “underwater” and “stuck in a rut” on Tuesday, appearing on New Day.
Ron Fournier suggested that most of his disapproval comes from the economy and problems of credibility, while Nia Malika-Henderson added that “people seem to think that he’s increasingly not an effective manager.”
