Report: New EPA War on Coal Regulations to Cost $50 Billion Per Year
June 4, 2014
Earlier this week, the Obama Administration and the EPA announced another job-killing policy. In an attempt to reduce coal-fired power plants and cut carbon emissions, the EPA seeks to reduce CO2 emissions by 30% from 2005 levels.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce reports that this new regulatory red-tape will cost the economy an estimated $50 billion dollars.
So once again the Obama Administration is failing to take into account the economic impact of environmental regulations that stifle innovation and KILL jobs.
When will Obama create jobs for our economy and quit implementing regulatory measures that present obstacles for economic growth?
