Did the DCCC Really Just Tweet Out That Someone Should “Shoot Out” The Tires Of John Boehner’s Bus? 

The Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee last night tried to play a game on Twitter by asking liberals to come up with “clever” names for Speaker John Boehner’s annual, 14-state bus tour.

One of their suggestions that they retweeted?

@dccc Shoot Out the Tires, Blame the Driver Tour #BoehnerBusTour

Is the DCCC really advocating for someone to slash the tires of Speaker Boehner’s bus?

If it’s a joke, it’s not very funny. Hopefully they will take down the tweet – which never should have been retweeted – and apologize.

UPDATED: The DCCC has since “unretweeted” the tweet about shooting the tires on Speaker Boehner’s bus. We still haven’t received any apology.
