New NRCC Ad Targets Staci Appel’s Voting Record
Today, the National Republican Congressional Committee released its second TV ad in Iowa’s third congressional district highlighting Staci Appel’s reckless votes for bloated budgets and wasteful spending. Entitled “Familiar”, the ad is running on Des Moines broadcast.
NRCC Comment: “Staci Appel’s reckless support for higher taxes and wasteful spending is exactly why she is one of Nancy Pelosi’s favorite recruits. Iowa voters can’t trust a partisan Democrat like Staci Appel to fix Washington’s spending culture.” –Tyler Q. Houlton, NRCC Spokesman

ANNCR: America’s facing big problems, including out-of-control spending and record debt.
Staci Appel’s approach? In Iowa, she wasted our tax dollars on decorative flower pots and organ repairs.
She voted for the largest budget in state history, overspending by $1 billion dollars.
She even opposed a government accountability office to end the waste.
Sound familiar?
Staci Appel. Wasteful in Iowa, we can’t afford her in Washington.
