New NRCC TV Ad Highlights Woolf’s Small Business Failures
The National Republican Congressional Committee today launched a new television ad in New York’s 21st Congressional District. The ad focuses on Aaron Woolf’s failure to pay state taxes for his Brooklyn grocery stores and stiffing his employees overtime pay.

NRCC comment:“It’s laughable that Aaron Woolf touts his small business experience on the campaign trail. Over the past 45 days, we have all learned that so-called businessman Woolf doesn’t pay his taxes, doesn’t pay his employees, and doesn’t comply with the state health code. The bottom line is that Aaron Woolf is the last person that should be representing the North Country in Congress.” – NRCC Spokesman Ian Prior
Transcript:
ANNCR: Meet Aaron Woolf, millionaire filmmaker from Brooklyn.
Aaron tells us he’s a champion of small business.
But his Brooklyn grocery store failed to pay over one hundred thousand dollars in state taxes.
And Woolf’s employees? They sued him for stiffing them out of their overtime pay.
Not paying his taxes, stiffing his employees.
Aaron Woolf, that may work in Brooklyn, but not for us.
