NRCC Chairman Greg Walden’s Statement on Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District Primary

National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Greg Walden issued the following statement on the results of Nebraska’s 2nd District primary election:

“Brigadier General Don Bacon has spent his entire career defending our families from threats at home and abroad, serving honorably as Wing Commander at Offutt Air Force Base. At a time when we face growing threats from every corner of the globe, Don’s military background and spirit of public service make it clear that he is the man to get the job done in Washington for 2^nd District families. I am confident voters will flock to Don’s positive message and send him to join our historic majority this November.”
