Will Joe Garcia return $5k to domestic violence offender?

Back in 2014, FL-26 candidate Joe Garcia accepted $5,200 from Democratic donor Ibrahim Al-Rashid, who pleaded guilty in 2014 to assaulting his estranged wife. Will Garcia finally do the right thing in 2016 by returning the money he accepted from an admitted domestic abuser?

Even Harry Reid’s super-PAC returned the $100,000 it received from Al-Rashid.  If Reid is willing to so quickly return the $100,000 donation, then what is Garcia waiting for?
