Pete Aguilar Can’t Get Away From This Clinton Foundation Problem

August 18, 2016

Hey there-

Yesterday, Former Gov. Ed Rendell said the Clinton Foundation should be disbanded if Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton were to be elected to the White House, to remove a “political – and actual – distraction” but does Hillary Clinton supporter Pete Aguilar feel the same way?

This won’t be the first time the Clinton Foundation has been a controversial topic on the campaign trail; it’s acceptance of money from foreign countries with poor human rights and its close ties to the State Department during Clinton’s time as Secretary of State have left the American people with many frightening questions.

Will Aguilar call on Hillary Clinton to put the distractions aside if she were to win the White House? Or will he fall in line behind his nominee and her questionable, scandal-ridden foundation?

NRCC Comment: “It’s mind boggling how the Clinton Foundation wasn’t already shut down after it accepted funding from countries like Saudi Arabia who have terrible records on Human Rights issues. While shutting down the foundation if Hillary were to become president seems like a common-sense decision, 31st District voters shouldn’t hold their breath waiting for Pete Aguilar to finally stand up against his party and push for what is right.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Kate Constantini
