Randy Perkins admits that Zika funding not a priority of his

Rip-Off Randy Perkins recently said that the Zika outbreak would not be a priority of his in Congress. Perkins made his comments on Sunday as a guest on WPTV’s To the Point with Michael Williams.

Apparently, Perkins must only care about public crises when he can use them to line his sleazy pockets with money.
