New NRCC TV ad calls out Zephyr Teachout for lying

Professor Zephyr Teachout is treating Upstate voters like they’re dumb. She says she doesn’t want people to pay more in taxes, but is opposed to a tax cap. The NRCC is out with a new TV ad exposing Zephyr Teachout’s lying ways.
