WATCH: Jim Mowrer Refuses To Support “Sarah’s Law” At IA-03 Debate

During tonight’s debate in Iowa’s 3rd District, Jim Mowrer shockingly refused to stand in support of Sarah’s Law, a bipartisan bill championed by Congressman David Young that is widely supported in Iowa.

Mowrer was given multiple chances to say he supported the legislation, but refused each time. How can Jim Mowrer ask Iowa voters to send him to Congress when he is clearly too partisan to support bipartisan legislation that will keep them safe?
