New NRCC ad: Maine can’t afford Emily Cain in Congress

October 31, 2016

Emily Cain is too extreme for Maine. She called for higher taxes on groceries, heating oil, auto repairs, dry cleaning, gasoline, and even haircuts.  The NRCC is out with a new television ad explaining that Maine just can’t afford Emily Cain in Congress.

NRCC Comment: “Emily Cain’s extreme tax hike proposals would hit the pocketbooks of Maine families and small businesses.  It’s clear that Maine just can’t afford Emily Cain in Congress.” –NRCC Spokesman Chris Pack

“Can we really afford Emily Cain’s liberal policies?

Cain has supported raising taxes on:

Groceries.

Heating oil.

Auto repairs.

Dry cleaning.

Gasoline.

Even haircuts.

Cain wants to take more of our hard-earned money.

Her tax increases would hit Maine’s small businesses hard too.

And could cost our state thousands of jobs.

Maine just can’t afford Emily Cain in Congress.
