Earlier today, the DCCC released their latest off-year memo where they list John Katko as a top target.
Just like in 2016, they say Katko is in trouble thanks to Donald Trump at the top of the ticket.
So how did that strategy work for DCCC in 2016?
Katko won by 21 in a district Hillary Clinton won by 4 — enough said.
