So this is rich.  Rick Nolan recently said House Republicans are looking to raise health care premiums.

I’m sorry, what?

Does Nolan not realize that under Obamacare, Minnesota has had the fourth highest premium increase nationwide?

At this point it’s safe to say that Rick Nolan has been a product of Washington, DC for so long that he’s lost touch with reality.
