NTK Network: Molly Ball: Nancy Pelosi Has Incorrectly Predicted Dems’ Success Every Cycle

CNN’s Inside Politics did a segment about the possibility of Democrats retaking the House of Representatives in 2018, and The Atlantic’s Molly Ball told the panel not to listen to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on this issue, as she has a history of being wrong with these types of predictions.
CNN’s John King opened the segment by pointing out how Republicans were able to retake the House in 2010 following the backlash the initial passage of Obamacare caused across the nation and how Democrats are hoping to do the same in 2018.
Inside Politics then played a clip of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) from Thursday seeming to suggest that Democrats will be able to retake the House in 2018.
King asked the panel if they agreed with Pelosi that dozens of Republican House members have put themselves at risk by voting to repeal Obamacare.
“I don’t think we should every take Nancy Pelosi’s word for what’s going to happen in the House,” Ball told the panel.
“I recall [Pelosi] predicted Democrats were going to take back the house in 2012, in 2014 and 2016, so she always makes that prediction,” Ball added.
