NRCC Releases “Running Us Dry” Digital Ads, Targeting 6 CA and AZ Democrats

The National Republican Congressional Committee today released a series of digital ads titled “Running Us Dry” targeting six House Democrats for voting against expediting much-needed water delivery to drought-stricken communities in California and Arizona. The ads target Reps. John Garamendi (CA-3), Ami Bera (CA-7), Salud Carbajal (CA-24), Raul Ruiz (CA-36), Scott Peters (CA-52), and Tom O’Halleran (AZ-1).

“These Democratic Members of Congress clearly value loyalty to Nancy Pelosi and radical environmentalists over their own constituents’ access to water,” said NRCC Spokesman Jack Pandol.

“Every family forced to pay more for this vital and increasingly scarce resource needs to know their Democratic Members of Congress are responsible.”

The advertisements will run online in each of the six districts for one week and will be targeted toward moderate swing voters.
