The results of Politics PA’s reader poll are in: Matt Cartwright was voted the most vulnerable Pennsylvania incumbent of 2018.

A glance at his record explains why: House Democrats elected Cartwright as their freshman class president during his first term – and he’s returned the favor by voting lockstep with Nancy Pelosi 96 percent of the time.

Cartwright also continues to support Obamacare, despite premiums in Pennsylvania skyrocketing more than 120 percent.

Looks like Nancy Pelosi’s favorite rubber-stamp has some explaining to do…
