NRCC Statement On MD-06 Rep. John Delaney’s Retirement

WASHINGTON – National Republican Congressional Committee Communications Director Matt Gorman released the following statement regarding the retirement of MD-06 Democratic Congressman John Delaney:

“It comes as no surprise that Democrats are running for the hills as their party embraces Nancy Pelosi’s failed liberal agenda including single-payer healthcare,” said NRCC Communications Director Matt Gorman.

“Congressman Delaney’s retirement only strengthens our resolve to aggressively target this seat in 2018.”

Maryland’s 6th Congressional District is one of the 32 seats targeted earlier this year by the NRCC.
