failing the litmus test

It’s been a tough couple weeks for Josh Gottheimer.

In addition to his continued stonewalling on whether he supports a single-payer healthcare system, Gottheimer has taken heavy criticism from liberals on a litany of other issues.

It began with the Latino Victory Project denouncing Gottheimer for voting in favor of Kate’s Law – and has now expanded to protests over his vote for a recent spending package.

Talk about friendly fire…

But the question remains: How long will the liberal base put up with Josh Gottheimer’s refusal to take a position on his Party’s European-style single-payer healthcare proposal?
