When Day One of your candidacy begins with a blatant flip-flop… it might mean you need to look in the mirror and reassess your commitment to the truth.

Susie Lee’s interview with the Nevada Independent on single-payer healthcare this morning lays bare her blatant hypocrisy, as she seeks to furiously back away from the program she is on record supporting as late as last year.

Here’s some advice for Susie: you can’t put the air back in the balloon. Once you say you support this $32 trillion boondoggle, you own it and all its tax-hiking warts.

Susie seems to have a little trouble with bending the truth, regardless – in the same article she says Obamacare “was refreshingly a bipartisan solution.” Not a single Republican voted for it.

That being said, rich (she owns 17 homes), out-of-touch liberals like Susie Lee never seem to have a problem blowing trillions of others’ money on socialist pipe dreams like single-payer. It’s certainly no surprise that Susie supports single-payer… it’s just shocking how quickly she’s willing to obfuscate her true feelings now for political purposes.
